For this party we will have the pleasure to welcome you at « Maison des Polytechniciens », a mansion of the XVIIIth century. In a felted atmosphere where gilts and old mouldings become allied with contemporary equipment, we will serve you traditional and fine French food for you to enjoy; it will be the opportunity to share and exchange in conviviality.

Payment and confirmation
All payments (registration fees and hotel deposit) must be made in advance in euros (EUR) at the time of registration. When registering online, you will receive an instant acknowledgement of receipt by email.

Confirmation of participation
Once payment or the purchase order is received, we will send you confirmation of your registration. No confirmation letter will be sent unless we have received full payment or the purchase order.
Cancellation and refund policy
All requests for cancellation and/or changes to registration must be made to .
For requests to cancel conference registration received by April 15, the registration fee will be refunded minus a processing fee of €50 (except in the event of force majeure). For cancellation requests received after April 15, the registration fee will not be refunded.
There will be no refund for registered persons that do not attend the conference. No additional fees will be required for transferring registration to a colleague of the same organisation.
